Outside of COPACC building

Where we are: COPACC is at 95-97 Gellibrand Street, on the corner of Gellibrand and Rae Street in Colac, opposite the railway station.

Where to Park: There is free (limited all day) parking on both Rae Street and Gellibrand Street.

How to book: Book your tickets from the convenience of your own home via www.copacc. com.au, call 03 5232 2077 or visit the Box office in the COPACC Foyer, open Thursday - Monday, except Christmas Day, from 11am until 8pm and one hour prior to each performance.

Refunds: There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased unless a show is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated as outlined in the Live Performances Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. For more details visit www.liveperformance.com.au

COPACC Bar and Barista service: The Bar and barista service is open 30 minutes prior to all evening shows and during the interval, if there is one.

Recording Devices. The use of still and video cameras, mobile phone cameras and other recording devices is not permitted during performances.

Concession: The concession rate applies to Government issued Pensioner or Health Care Card holders only. Concession rate does not apply to Senior Card holders.

Special Needs: COPACC is access-friendly. We have wheelchair and limited mobility seats available in the Auditorium, and the Civic Hall is a flat floor space.

Both venues are fitted with hearing loops. When purchasing tickets, please mention that you need wheelchair access, an aisle seat, have difficulty with stairs, are visually impaired or wear a hearing aid. We welcome Companion Cards, and cardholders are entitled to Concession ticket prices and the companion entry is free. Please ensure you present your companion card when purchasing and collecting tickets.
